  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Next Level. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Men T-Shirts (if personalized or customized)

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and approved. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Next Level.
